✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product is not in usable condition upon delivery.

  • The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color ordered (unless wrong item is delivered)

  • Minor variations in appearance due to screen differences

📦 Return Process

If your product meets the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate the Return
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at shreecarts@gmail.com with the following:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the product showing the damage or issue

    • Brief description of the problem

  2. Return Approval
    Our support team will verify the issue and confirm whether your return request has been approved.

  3. Pickup/Return Shipping
    Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or provide instructions for return shipping.

🔁 Replacement or Refund

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process:

  • A replacement (if stock is available), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • ShreeCarts reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused during return transit due to improper packaging.
